Visiting Jordan Sonnenblick

Have you read Drums, Girls, and Dangerous Pie? How about Zen and the Art of Faking it? The author of ten middle-grade novels, Jordan Sonnenblick, is coming to West Woods. The IAR book club is going to visit this author the week before April break.

Jordan Sonnenblick, born in Missouri, writes a lot of middle-school novels. People like his books because they are down-to-earth, and kids can relate to them. His books make people laugh and cry at the same time, and he is such a master at this combination that it gets people coming back to his writing time after time. He also won the American Library Association award for children’s literature for his book After Ever After.
