Extramural sports are sports clubs that consist of field hockey, cross country, volleyball, and climbing. To join the extramural sports, students pay a fee per season of $75. The team schedules are determined by the coaches of the teams. Make sure that you read the weeklies and attend meetings if you’re interested of joining the teams.

Students can also choose to participate in intramural activities for free. The school offers volleyball, flag football, and soccer during fall season. Basketball, badminton, floor hockey, and pickle ball are offered during the winter season. Finally, IAR offers open gym and tennis during the spring season. The fitness center and climbing wall are available in all year-round. In order to join the after school sports club, you need to fill in the form which are available in the main office or from your P.E. teacher.

For more information, go to the gym and ask the P.E. staff, if available.
